why do we Meditation?
the purpose of the meditation. Is to develop familiarity With our inner potentials of the mind. familiarizing… Or developing the habits of… Stability of mind.
And through stability, focus.
More stable, more focus, more focus more clarity
And… Stability is the antidote for… constant distraction.
Focus is the antidote for… Directionless.
And clarity… is the antidote for confusion. Ignorance.
Slowly, when these thoughts of anger, thoughts of all the jealousy, and the habits of distraction, slowly subsided , then the jewel of compassion manifest.
While you are meditating. You could slowly reduce… the habits and the thoughts of distraction…then all the potentials for goodness in the mind arises.
That’s why you need to meditate, is to understand that.
