Developing familiarity with the positive qualities of mind, and cultivating&#8230; Mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>why do we Meditation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the purpose of the meditation. Is to develop familiarity With our inner potentials of the mind. familiarizing&#8230; Or developing the habits of&#8230; Stability of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;And through stability, focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More stable, more focus, more focus more clarity&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And&#8230; Stability is the antidote for&#8230; constant distraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Focus is the antidote for&#8230; Directionless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And clarity&#8230; is the antidote for confusion. Ignorance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slowly, when these thoughts of anger, thoughts of all the jealousy, and the habits of distraction, slowly subsided\u00a0, then the jewel of compassion manifest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While you are meditating.
